i take a recommended dose of vitamin b12 which helps with your metabolism. whenever i try to lose weight it seems to work better when i take the vitamin. i like this better than taking a diet pill because its a vitamin found in foods that we need to eat to be healthier and sometimes i just don't get the full amount so a vitamin is a good helper :)
