Until I had a toddler who caught colds so easily, I didn't realize the importance of vitamins to keep myself healthy.I KNOW I DON'T eat enough of all needed nutrients for a healthy diet.A multi-vitamin and a chewable Vitamin C have helped my immunity because I can't workout if I'm sick.
