I cannot say enough about this brownie mix. It is delicious. It is easy to make. It has a short list of recognizable ingredients. It's low on fat and calories. It so good, it tastes like a real indulgence, but it really isn't.

I've made them w/ fat free Ricotta, applesauce, cinnamon applesauce and fat free sour cream. Yummy!

You can also mix a tablespoon into a 1/2 c vanilla yogurt and it is a delicious chocolate treat that really curbs cravings.

Dont make anything off limits. Find a lower fat version of it. Example I love brownies. My nutritionist suggested No Pudge fudge Brownie mix made with Fat free Vanilla Yogurt. They are Fabulous!!! My kids fight me for them:)4
