I cannot say enough about this brownie mix. It is delicious. It is easy to make. It has a short list of recognizable ingredients. It's low on fat and calories. It so good, it tastes like a real indulgence, but it really isn't.
I have only seen it at Trader Joe's - which now has it's own store brand low fat brownie mix too.

We have the world at our fingertips. For example; If I want a rich chocolate chip cookie, I jump on Google and do a quick search for a healthy low calorie rich chocolate chip cookie. Then I can incorporate it into my weekly calories. Often, I end up eating healthier than I would have without the
hidden quilt like black beans in the brownies. www.doctoroz.com/videos/kims-midnight-brownies-recipe
Dont make anything off limits. Find a lower fat version of it. Example I love brownies. My nutritionist suggested No Pudge fudge Brownie mix made with Fat free Vanilla Yogurt. They are Fabulous!!! My kids fight me for them:)4
