Once you go down a size, pack up your larger clothes and donate them to charity or bring them to a resale shop or give them away...whatever! If you do not have a fall back plan of bigger clothes you know you cannot gain the weight back without buying new larger sized clothes. If that doesn't keep you motivated to stay thin, nothing will. Who wants to buy BIGGER clothes?
Being consistent will pay off. Being consistent in exercising and healthy eating will pay off slowly but surely. You will notice an improvement in your heath and your ability sustain longer workouts or physical activities. this will lead to improvement in and positive changes in you body.
Such has clothes starting to become looser and having to buy smaller size clothes as well as improvement in tone.
