When your alarm goes off in the morning for an early workout, throw your blanket/duvet/comforter off your body before you have a chance to think about it. That way, when your mind starts to argue to stay in bed, your body will have to get up because otherwise you'll get cold lying where you are.

I really hate doing dishes, so it's so much easier for me to just grab the chip bag out of the cabinet. So now, when I do shopping, I buy plenty of sandwich and snack bags. When I get home and am putting everything away, I put the serving size of the chips and other snacks into the plastic baggies.
I'm always running late for work, so when I'm packing my lunch, it's so easy just to throw the bags in.
