When something negative comes into my life, I try really hard to find the positive in it (if not for me, then someone else) ie. if I got into a car accident, for me the positive was that nobody was hurt, for others... the auto repair guy who really needed the business was able to make some $$.
It helps me to know that there is benefit/ posiitve to a negative circumstance.

When I feel tired during the day, I shut down the comp, tv, and turn on some music. Then I clean. That or I will check on an elderly relative. It makes me feel good and I don't get the guilts for napping during the day. 306
