Having a "mantra" as I exercise helps me stay focused and determined. For example, I just tell myself whenever my inner whiner starts shouting "please stop" I yell back (in my head of course) "QUITTING IS NOT AN OPTION" and it provides for better results because I stick to it!!!! emoticon

    I like this. It reminds me of the time Dawn told us about singing in the pool to keep her going. Anything that helps us to keep moving is emoticon
