I was giving a diet therapy and they have you cook most all your own foods, and you use whole foods instead of packages, processed foods. It takes a little longer but I am much stronger and healthier than before.

You can get raw oats from Whole Foods in Bulk foods. They're inexpensive. Cook up 1 cup in 4 cups water the night before--until boiling. Then the next morning, take a cup of this mixture and heat it through til boiling again, mixed with raisins, or other dried fruit, if you like! umm. Yummy!20

I always try to be prepared ahead of time when it comes to cooking. I will shop on Saturday and cook on Sunday for the whole week. I choose foods that can be frozen and taken out whenever needed. This saves time so you're not cooking every night.
