Write down EVERY LITTLE THING you eat and drink, and its caloric content. Make sure you do not go over your calorie/fat/carb/etc count for the day.

MORE INFORMATION:
Whenever we're asked at our Weight Watchers meeting what helps us lose weight, I'm not the only one who says: TRACKING. Writing everything down and being completely aware of what I"m eating (AND NOT CHEATING) helps me keep track and stay within my Points/allowances.

    I agree that tracking your meals and being honest is what helps me the most.

    I agree, This has helped me so much. I also track my food for the next day. I preplan my meals and with knowing what I am going to have has helped me to stay focused and not give in on some office sweets.
