This Sparked Me!

I broke this habit months ago and only have a soda once or twice a week now. Strated by only drinking diet sodas, then organic sodas, and now an occasional.

MORE INFORMATION:
Today I made gingerale myself. 1st sliced ginger root, boiled covered in water, let cool, poured into glass pitcher, refrigerated. Then half ginger, half sparkling water in my pretty glass. Added ice. Giner is naturally sweet so don┤t need anything else! Careful though- experiment with mt of ginger.

    I have made my own sodas for years! I love putting fresh fruit juices into them and that ginger drink sounds WONDERMOST! emoticon
