I know it's not a food product, But... I bought a box of the new U by Kotex tampons as soon as they hit the shelves. I haven't been able to use tampons since high school, until now that is. It sucks working out with a big bulky pad! Give 'em a try.

    My favorite feminine product is the Diva Cup. Its a silicone cup. Its SUPER comfortable, and you just wash and reuse it. You might think it would be gross, but it really isn't. It's totally flexible so you don't even feel it, regardless of what kind of workout you are doing. And, because it isn't absorbent it doesn't dry you out or become uncomfortable when you remove it.
