I always run late in the mornings. To save time (and calories), when I buy a new box of cereal, I divide it into portion sizes in zipper sandwich bags. Then I put the individual bags back in the box. When I'm late, I can just grab a bag from the box and have the right amount. Works w/ snacks too!
