    Sparkpeople is a wonderful site. All the different topics and tools are designed to make you THINK about what you are doing to lose weight on a day to day basis. The nutrition tracker is one of my favourite tools. If you fill it in regularly, you become aware of the calorific value of foods and the right portion size for you, all without realizing it. This is so great because you are conditioning yourself to a change in your way of eating which will last your life long. That is what a 'diet' is! Its not just aregime for two or three weeks! Its for LIFE! emoticon
