I have three ways to make water taste better....I don't like drinking plain water so I add some fresh or bottled lemon juice and stevia and turn it into lemonade. (When life gives you lemons, make lemonade.) Click for more info....
Another way is to use "invisible" Kool Aid and stevia which is Kool Aid without food coloring in it. A 3rd way I make water taste better is to use Mexican/Hispanic fruit powder called Klass, add stevia (of course). My favorite flavors of Klass are mango, guava, watermelon, pineapple & cantalope.

Watch your sodium intake. Know that your weight will most likely increase after eating out as most restaurants use more salt than one would normal suspect. Salt brings out the taste of foods. Increase water intake the day you plan on going out and the following day also.
