This is an excellent idea. Sometimes the best thing to do when you get "stuck" is to step back and reassess instead of beating your head against the wall by trying to stick with what isn't working.

I've been thinking about doing the same thing, remind myself of all the steps that I was being faithful on months ago, but have let slide by.
