Focus On The Feeling After Exercise Not The Number On The Scale

One of the things that has helped me continue exercising everyday is the feeling i get EVERY TIME after i exercise. Its that rush of energy and that sense of accomplishment.

Yes, i still weigh in every week, sometimes every other day, but i don't let that number effect how i feel about working out today.
