When I'M Too Tired!




i get myself prepped to work out and say i am only going to do this for 10 minutes. Once i'm into the 10 minutes, I'm pretty much up for 30 or longer! i just need that extra push to get started

  • I add ground flax seed to most of my baking or sauces, and chia seeds to my salad dressings -- don't tell my family that it's healthy!
