During the week I put my exercise on my calendar and treat it as a meeting, I print my calendar out for the week, I give one copy to my husband so he knows my plans & the other I hang up in my office; this way I am less likely to miss a workout!

  • I have one on the counter and I also make a meal plan on the fridge so my hubby always knows whats for dinner, helps with planning and we are so much less likely to stop for food! - by ANDI_LYNN_11
