"There are no shortcuts to anywhere worth going." I've found this to be true in my journey to fitness. It's the process of building good habits - food journal, exercise, being part of the sparkpeople community that gets you where you want to be.
What cracks me up is that this little gem was tucked inside a frozen food package. You never know when you're going to find something that resonates.
As I work towards getting better in all areas of my life, I am one of those people who wants to do it all at once. However, I have learned that I have to build these habits a piece at a time if they are going to be lifelong habits rather than a quick fix.
This covers all aspects of my life--not only healthy eating and increased activity, but chores in my house and atmy job. I need to build new habits a piece at a time. Some important, big jobs aren't meant to be done in one afternoon or day or week.
