"There are no shortcuts to anywhere worth going." I've found this to be true in my journey to fitness. It's the process of building good habits - food journal, exercise, being part of the sparkpeople community that gets you where you want to be.

What cracks me up is that this little gem was tucked inside a frozen food package. You never know when you're going to find something that resonates.
