Start taking your dog for a walk around the neighbourhood. You can track the walks with the mileage tracker, which will give you weekly and yearly totals.

Once your furry friend gets used to it it will be harder and harder to say no to them. Mine are the best doggie trainers around. no matter what the weather they expect their walks.

Cubby is my male Shih Tzu puppy. He is 18 months old and large for his breed, and I have to take Looooong strides to keep up with him. He is so happy and bounds everywhere. I have him housebroken (or maybe it's the other way around) so that he tales me for a walk at least 4 - 5 times a day, for about 10 - 15 minutes. And the condo that we just moved into has stairs! My weight is going down gradually and I am eating more sensiby now. Thanks for your Secret. emoticon
