Instead of saying things like "things at work are too busy", "the kids schedule is too much", therefore I don't have time to eat healthy or exercise, use phrases like 'I will schedule time', or 'I will find healthful food choices'. Your language and self-talk affect your attitude and commitment!
You can be more helpful to others if you make sure YOU are on your game first!!!!

I have to remember, that whatever the scale says...I own it. Whatever foods get recorded...I own it. The exercise done for the day...I own it. If good things take place, there is a reason for that...I own it. The same is true in reverse. Bad results? They are mine. I own them, too.
