    I have also forced myself to get out during a work day. My job can be quite stressful so this is way for me to come down and stop myself from choking someone. Ha Ha

    That's so true. Usually on my lunch break I go to the malls. I don't want to spend $$, and I have a lot on my mind lately. So I went for a walk for an entire hour! It felt great and I've inspired others at work to do so too. emoticon
