To lose weight, the key is to SWEAT! You can do anything as long as it makes you sweat. 30 Minutes of sweating each day will definately help you lose weight. You can clean. dance. exercise, walk...whatever you enjoy, but sweat it off!!

    I totally agree. I've fallen into the trap of going at it in the gym full pelt, resulting in my heart rate going through the roof and me ending my workout destroyed. Today I went easier, my pulse rate elevated reasonably and I came off the Elliptical feeling on top of the world - and I still burned 300 cals in 30 minutes! Lesson learned! xx

    I sweat profusely(sp)every time I work out. When I see others not, I guess they are not working as hard. Keep on sweatin! emoticon
