Trick your brain into not thinking about how hard you are working out
Wear a sweat band on your forehead! Without sweat dripping down my face, I have to depend on the rest of my body to tell me how I'm doing. The dripping sweat makes me work less hard, but the hidden sweat keeps my sympathy for myself away and keeps me going!
