"Thrifty" Breadcrumbs

Don't throw out that stale piece of French or Italian bread! Cut it into chunks and put chunks in a food processor to make your own breadcrumbs. If you don't have a food processor, use a box grater. Store crumbs in a ziplock bag in the freezer. (Squeeze out excess air before closing bag.)
