Breakfast Versus Dinner Smackdown!



If you want to lose weight, make sure you intake more calories earlier in the day. It's not the time of day that matters (a calorie is a calorie); it's that you're giving yourself a chance to burn it during the day.

More Information:

If you're eating 1800 calories in a day, divvy it up more or less as breakfast 600, lunch 500, dinner 500 snack 200 calories. Variations will occur naturally, but make an effort to have more in the morning.

  • i really need to start doing something like that. when i am working i need a piece of fruit or something around 10 to get myself to lunchtime. i eat a huge caloric dinner but small breakfast and lunch - by KENNYWHEELS
    Ah, so true. I eat most of my calories at breakfast and late lunch. Makes dinner simpler. And I sleep better! emoticon - by MARCHMAID
