If you want to lose weight, make sure you intake more calories earlier in the day. It's not the time of day that matters (a calorie is a calorie); it's that you're giving yourself a chance to burn it during the day.

MORE INFORMATION:
If you're eating 1800 calories in a day, divvy it up more or less as breakfast 600, lunch 500, dinner 500 snack 200 calories. Variations will occur naturally, but make an effort to have more in the morning.

    i really need to start doing something like that. when i am working i need a piece of fruit or something around 10 to get myself to lunchtime. i eat a huge caloric dinner but small breakfast and lunch

    Ah, so true. I eat most of my calories at breakfast and late lunch. Makes dinner simpler. And I sleep better! emoticon
