You don't have to know how to swim to benefit from water exercises. The arthritis doctor said that was the best thing for arthritis, so you get two in one that is if you are like me and you have the arthritis.

    Water arobic exercise is great for people with joint replacements. It's really not as easy as it looks but it is so much fun and easy on your body.
