I noticed someone else posted "reward yourself" My reward to myself for reaching goal was to buy a new wardrobe. I did have to buy a couple of outfits before reaching goal as my pants fell down inthe middle of the street one day while I was carry packages. I went from a 22W to a 14 misses. JOY

Give yourself a penny for each point you earn on Spark then you can use them to reward yourself when you reach goals.

I had this idea a long time ago to set a jar near my pc and add pennies to it each day for my Spark points--for instance, I have 21,221 points right now, which adds up to $212.21--enough for a really nice reward or a BUNCH of small ones.
The apocalypse does not arrive simutlaneously with the eating of a double with cheese at Wendy's. Plan for whatever your "special" item is, don't exceed your plan, and enjoy the doggone thing. Works well as a reward for reaching goals, again, if not taken to excess.

I just made a Word document that lays out all the ways in which I'll reward myself for reaching each of my target weight goals. I've decided to reward myself in a small (NON-FOOD) way for every 5 pounds I lose, in a bigger way for every 10 I lose, etc., with one huge reward for reaching my final goal. Having it all written out, with encouraging words for myself, and sitting in the middle of my computer desktop is the ultimate motivation!
