I learned to be one with the exercise (LOL). I go to the gym just to hang out and I always end up in somebody's class. I've tried all kinds of things ... zumba, spin, water aerobics, weight lifting, treadmills, ellipticals, and Tae Kwondo. I can't wait to try belly dancing! It's the newest class.

More Information:

My technique is to never get bored. I haven't found anything I don't like yet and I've found lots of new things I do like. My trainer works with me to keep the routines fresh but it definately helps to get into new classes whenever I need a change. emoticon

  • If you want to tone your abdominal muscles, this would be a great exercise. I used to take Hawaiian dance class, with half an hour of belly dancing in High school. Now I wish I could have the same flat stomach and small waistline again. emoticon - by LINM15
  • i tried belly dancing and found I couldn't get all my bellies to move in sync. It was hilarious! I looked like I was having some kind of breakdown instead of dancing. I still laugh about it. My gym just started a belly dancing class and I'm seriously thinking about joining it. Now, where did I put those finger cymbals? LOL - by PMWIGGI
