I learned to be one with the exercise (LOL). I go to the gym just to hang out and I always end up in somebody's class. I've tried all kinds of things ... zumba, spin, water aerobics, weight lifting, treadmills, ellipticals, and Tae Kwondo. I can't wait to try belly dancing! It's the newest class.
My technique is to never get bored. I haven't found anything I don't like yet and I've found lots of new things I do like. My trainer works with me to keep the routines fresh but it definately helps to get into new classes whenever I need a change.
