    I have enjoyed nutrition tracking but have not tracked my emotions. Seems like it is logical to do - I'll give it a try.

    I've read that keeping a journal is a huge part of success rate for losing weight. Thanks for the reminder; I didn't do it the last time I tried to commit to a weight loss program and failed. This is a good time of year to set goals and journal to accomplish the goal. emoticon emoticon
