    not necessarily blogging, filling out nutrition every day, even if it's filled with junkfood is good as well

    I find that my emotions can drive my eating and exercise habits. Blogging helps me work through some of the emotions so I don't suppress them with food.

    Very good idea to blog the bad. I was very, very bad this week and cannot even fill out my nutrition pages. There is no way I can list everything since I can't remember.....that's how bad I was. I will pick myself back up. emoticon

    That's a good point, it is easier to say good things about yourself but not negative things. Being positive helps me get through the bad things and owning up to them will help even more. Blogging and tracking everyday keeps me more focused on where I am. emoticon emoticon

    Thanks for this suggestion. It's a tool I've been using regularly & it does help to write through 'what's eating me' or help myself reignite my Spark when I've had a setback.

    I promised myself I would blog every day when I joined SparkPeople and I love it. It's keeping me focused, I agree that blogging the good and the bad... and it doesn't have to be long, it can be a quickie!
