I am kind of on a "rotation" program - meaning I alternate lower carb/calorie days with mid and higher so that my metabolism doesn't stall out. I am taking the same approach to exercise - 1 1/2 min at a slower pace, 1 1/2 min. at an aerobic pace, alternated back and forth. It keeps me motivated.

  • I'm reading the "BECK Diet Solution" which is how to THINK like a THIN person, and not a "diet" book. I got a copy at the library. I recommend it to everyone, since Dr. Beck teaches how to deal with with a plateau. - by JIBBIE49
  • I too find if I am neglectant of my cardio my weight climbs or holds still but the minute I get back in to that routine it drops.

Favorite method is to do cardio before, in beetween sets and after weight lifting. - by LADYJ6942
  • I so agree with this concept because I am always weary of feeling bored with my workout routine. - by MARDGY
