Before I would eat everything and anything when I walked in the door at the end of the day. Now I eat an apple and my tummy is already full when I get home. No more unhealthy snacks!
If I'm in the mood to eat an unhealthy snack, I'll eat something very healthy right before.Sometimes eating a healthy food means I don't want to eat unhealthy food but mostly I'm not as hungry and won't eat as much of the unhealthy food.
