Don't skimp on sleep by trying to add more events to the days. It's a stressor & gets everying out of balance.
and
Don't repeatedly hit the snooze button, either go to sleep earlier or take a nap. Don't let the snooze button become a habit that needs broken.

    This one is definately neeed to work toward, I know during the week I dont get enough sleep and try to make up for it on the weekend which doesnt exactly balance out.

    this is something I struggle with a lot! my day is pretty full now and to add just one more work out means i miss sleep! emoticon

    I am guilty of this. When I sleep properly I'm less hungry, get fewer unhealthy cravings and ultimately see better performance and weight loss. For an unknown reason though later nights and that snooze button are like crack for me.
