Even if you can't exercise a lot one day do some. Be consistant.
Don't let it slip
If you start missing it will be easy to miss more and more and you lose a lot of what you had gained in strength. emoticon

  • Gloria so right. I did a lot of walking today. Didn't get to the gym but there are so many ways to exercise and for me walking is exercise as it is difficult for me. - by DIDMIS
