I can forget things when busy only to remember them just before falling asleep - this interferes with sleep. So, I keep a small pad of paper and a pen on the nightstand and write things down. Then I can forget them again and fall asleep easier. : )

Tired of not getting everything crossed off that "To Do List" each day?? Instead of doing a To Do List....I now do a "Done Did List"!! What I do is, as I complete or accomplish as task, I ADD it to my list of what I HAVE done that day!
Now instead of dealing with a list of anywhere from 5-10 things that maybe half were not getting done daily, I now consistently have a list of anywhere from 5-10 things that ARE getting done daily.
And best of all? No more anxiety that I didn't get this or that done that is now put off till tomorrow AGAIN...and lots of good feelings that I have this list of what I "Done Did" that day and nothing put over to another day.
The average person goes nowhere without their cell, sort of like an American Express card with no money. Use the note function to establish Shopping lists, To-do lists, etc. When you think of something you need from the store, immediately add it to your list. As you get the items, erase that item. Do the same thing with your To-do list. Your lists are always available, just get out your phone. This also makes scraps of paper as a list or reminder obsolete - Green it up!
