Treadmill Success
I have found that if I am proactive in planning when in the day my work out is, (for me early afternoon works best) and then getting on the treadmill when my favorite show is on TV, then it I am more sucessful in staying on longer, and not sitting around when I want to watch a special tv show.

Also, if I put the treadmill on even a small incline in makes a big difference in my overall calories burned, and it is not that much harder.

Proactively get ready tomorrow's clothes, water, food, & shine the sink B4 you go to bed. FlyLady calls this the Before Bed Routine. I call it my After Dinner Blessing. Stephen Covey calls it Habit 1: Be Proactive.
Lip service, and wishing for a better tomorrow, don't count.

Have you ever read the 7 Habits of Highly Effective People? It's one of the best book I've ever read and it just relates to everything in life. Habit 2 is BEGIN WITH AN END IN MIND. I will quote Dr. Covey here. "Begin with the End in Mind means to begin each day, task, or project with a clear vision of your desired direction and destination, and then continue by flexing your proactive muscles to make things happen.
