I usually fail in this area. I am not there yet but, I plan on staying with SP. I am going to continue tracking my Nutrition and Fitness activity Also, reading and posting will continue to be beneficial.311
I discovered that whenever I ignore Spark emails, even when I continue tracking, I tend to go off track. So now, every time I feel like eating something terrible or skipping Zumba, I read a Spark email, look at sparkpages, read success stories, etc. I know it sounds obvious, but it really makes a difference to me to keep my goals at the very front of my mind! I can't ignore my unhealthy decisions when there's a picture of someone who lost as much as I want to right in front of me.
