Eat healthy in between meal snacks to help you reach your goal.
This way you won't overeat at regular meals. Your blood sugar levels won't drop so you'll feel energetic all day.

MORE INFORMATION:
When your goal is met and you are eating your daily meals and snacks. Keep up with daily exercise and you'll maintain your goal weight. You will feel great, look great and you'll never skip a meal again. Also remember to drink at least 8 Glasses of water a day.

    I'm going to try to chew more gum and drink more water. The next time I feel hungry I'm going to drink a glass of water 1st. Then if I'm still hungry [between meals] then I will eat some fresh fruit and/or veggies.

    Sometimes trying to take time out for daily exercise can be tough. You are important and special you deserve to be healthy and happy. Believe in yourself be good to yourself through healthy eating and exercise. When the going gets tough say I can do this for me because I love me and I deserve to feel good about me. emoticon
