I have found that doing a yoga DVD first thing in the morning gets me energized and feeling great for the day ahead. When I come home from work I actually WANT to take a walk instead of being exhausted.

How I have begun starting my days!! It works for me I made a bright colorful poster and put it on the door of my bedroom so I see it first thing. I wake up and spend 5 mins --being grateful 10- stretching 15- tea/coffee time 20-meditation My days are getting better and better
I put my yoga mat out beside my bed so it is the first thing I do when I get out of bed.
