We eat what we have in the house, so don't have food in the house. Seriously, keep condiments around but buy only what you should eat for say 2 days but not more than that. The savings part comes into not over spending on foods you don't eat, but also this: Eat a meal and do not eat another meal until you have gone the bathroom. This gets you to drink more water so that you will go. Drinking the water will save on other drinks that you would have drank but now drinking water (continued)
The more frequent shopping times gives you more exercise as well. Walking is good for you, so when in the store, walk with back straightened and suck in belly and push out chest to tone muscles while shopping. I know this could go under many catagories.
