Before you eat make sure to have a glass of water. Also, take a sip of water between every bite. That way you are increasing your water intake and decreasing how fast (and how much) you eat.

    IT SOUNDS CONTRARY TO THE USUAL ADVICE BY THE EXPERTS THAT ONE SHOULD AVOID DRINKING WATER ALONG WITH FOOD. iT IS BEST TO DRINK WATER ABOUT HALF AN HOUR AFTER THE FOOD OR AN HOUR EARLIAR.
