  • Don't get discouraged .... even if the scale doesn't show that you are losing pounds. This used to be my problem & I would think "what's the use"!. But you should still be losing inches &/or reshaping your body. Have someone take weekly frontal, side, & back view photos in the same snug fitting clothes, at the same place & the same number of footsteps away from you. I stand in front of a door. Also take close ups .... when you compare before & current weekly photos, you will be able to see the difference .... as long as you are exercising & eating appropriately - by SKYPEGRAMMY
