Reseal Plastic Bags

Keep a roll of tape near your work area. When you open plastic bags but don't use all the contents, roll the top of the bag down expelling the air within. Tape it down so that nothing spills or gets into the bag.

  • I also use the black square paper clips from the office to keep bags closed. - by MALUQUINA
  • I'm lucky cos I have a sealer for my plastic bags etc. It is a godsend for closing bags of chips , cookies, etc to keep them fresh. It is so very useful for sealing frozen foods too. No more loose corn, peas and prawns all over the freezer ! It saves money too cos you dont lose packet contents, some of which can be messy, such as flour or sugar. Its a worthwhile investment; you can seal the kids' food to keep it fresher in their lunch boxes. emoticon - by DOTTYDRUID
