Every time I think I'm on a "plateau" I have found that I am forgetting to track ALL my food and I'm also being careless about portion size. When I go back to tracking, suddenly I'm off the plateau...hmm

So true! Tracking my food really keeps me "honest" and helps me to reel back my portion sizes. It's tedious, but really seems to work for me.

This happens to me also because I sometimes forget especially when I am away from home and with family. When I realize that I am off track I just recount what I have done and change my error. I get a lot of motivation from SparkPeople that helps me stay on track especially I read their accomplishments and their encouraging words.
