The week is so busy, that I prepare the main part of Monday-Friday's meals on the weekend, then freeze them for my husband and I. At dinner I simply re-heat and serve with fresh or steamed veggies. FAST & EASY!
I also make a dozen muffins on the weekend, with protein powder and fruit in them for a fast breakfast on the go each morning.

I bought one healthy choice dinner and reuse the container for my meal portions. There is a quarter cup, half cup and cup serving in the container.
It especially helped my husband serve me since he is the chef on the weekends (his choice). The last 3 family events I took the container with me and used it. It really helped keep me in check.
Fridays are a great day knowing that the weekend is just about here. Try to plan ahead and try to get some exercise into your weekend. You have more control over your exercise during the weekend than food sometimes.
