When you've had a 'bad' day, look in the mirror, make eye contact and smile (a PROPER smile) for 10 seconds. Our brains are wired to feel good when we see someone smiling. Oh, and smiling when you're exercising helps you keep going!

    What great advise, we should all remember to smile more, then others will catch the smile and maybe return it. It can only help you feel better and maybe someone else as well.

    I think that is so true! I always feel better when I am smiling. I have even noticed that people open the door more often for you when you smile.
