I KNOW I will be more motivated if I have something to look forward to as I lose the weight.So for every 5 lbs. lost, I TREAT myself to something NON_FOOD !!! For the 1st 5lbs.,it was a new workout top! The next 5lbs.was new lingerie.
The 3rd 5 lbs. brought me to a new scrapbooking store w/o my toddler!! The 4 th 5 lbs. will be a new pair of expensive jeans. And the last 5 lbs.~~a new outfit complete with new shoes!
