When Not To Eat



Never eat 4 hours before going to bed, stick to sugar free drinks with no carbonation. Crystal light is what I like, it tastes great and has no calories.

    Given that I often work until 8 pm, then cook dinner and then have to go to bed by 11, I would starve if I followed this rule. I usually eat at 7:30 am, noon, big snack at 5 and dinner at 9 pm. I don't think it makes a difference when you eat - I've lost 32 pounds on my meal schedule. - by EMMANYC
