Exercise First Thing In The Morning After Awakening.

You will never miss if you do something first thing in the morning. Anything after that, is icing on the cake. i even sleep in my exercise clothes once in awhile, say if I get to bed a liitle late--saves me time in the morning.

    I like that idea! I have been trying to incorporate workouts into my day, and I am so mentally exhauseted at the end of the day that I flat refuse to think about working out... intellectually I know that it would help my mental stress and help me sleep better, but I am going to try to get up a few minutes earlier and work out in the morning. That way there is no excuse. Thanks

    I can't sleep in clothes. I'm most comfortable sleeping in the buff.

Something I do do is to pack my work clothes in my gym bag and lay out my workout clothes. In the morning I work out, shower, and dress for work at the gym.

    I also find that working out in the morning gives you more energy during the rest of your day. I work out in the morning then light workouts after work. Twice the fun. emoticon

    I know what you're talking about. When I exercise first thing in the morning, it becomes a habit like brushing my teeth.

    I do that too. I find that if I don't workout first thing in the Morning I am more likely to skip it all together.
