It is very depressing to be snowed in in spring. It is hard to get to the gym, so I rode my stationary bike for 25 minutes instead. It is always possible to get some exersice into your day. No matter what the weather is like.

Tip: Ever get caught in rain/snow/sleet? Take a few small plastic sandwich bags when you go on your walk, hike, sporting event...great prevention for anyone of any age who might be at risk for a wet phone/pedometer from wet pockets!! Easier than rice! 148

Just because i have a snow blower does not mean I always have to use it. Especially when dealing with the light and fluffy white stuff, and when time allows, I grab the snow shovel instead and leave the snow blower in the garage. It is good exercise, I burn more calories and burn less gas (which is important these days). Saved 4 bucks yesterday and burned over 2,000 calories!
