    I was doing the low carb thing but now since May 11, 2010, I have been doing the vegetarian diet and I've lost 18 lbs and to top it off, I have a ton of energy and farmers market with tremendous VARIETY! YUMMMMM~ emoticon - by MRSDOLL1
