I like to sub it for water in oats or drink a cup with my whole wheat waffles topped with fruit.

    It's questionable whether milk amps up calcium at all. Digestion of protein is acidic in nature while calcium is alkaline and is used to keep the body's internal pH balance. Osteoporosis is most common in countries that have relatively high dairy consumption.

    it also is a filling food when you're hungry and need to grab something fast
